📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance to farmers, cooperatives, and other stakeholders to enhance productivity, profitability, and sustainability.
  • Conducting field visits and assessments to evaluate the current state of agricultural practices and identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing agricultural improvement programs and projects.
  • Training and mentoring farmers and agricultural extension workers on best practices and innovative techniques.
  • Monitoring and evaluating the performance of agricultural projects and programs.
  • Collaborating with government agencies, research institutions, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable agricultural practices.
  • Representing GreenHarvest AgriSolutions at agricultural events, conferences, and workshops.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the agricultural sector.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • A degree in Agriculture, Agricultural Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in agriculture advisory or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of agricultural practices, technologies, and innovations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven track record of success in achieving agricultural development goals.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
