📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate and implement supplier-initiated changes to ensure alignment with internal engineering standards.
• Conduct thorough change impact assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute change management plans.
• Monitor and report on the progress of change implementation, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Document all changes and maintain comprehensive records for future reference.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams on engineering best practices.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in manufacturing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, with a strong background in change management.
• Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Familiarity with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a significant advantage.
