📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide primary medical care to patients in their homes or clinics.
• Conduct medical assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
• Prescribe medications and refer patients to specialists when necessary.
• Educate patients and communities on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Monitor and manage chronic conditions.
• Collaborate with local healthcare providers and community leaders to improve healthcare services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical or community health setting.
• Valid medical license and certification to practice in Indonesia.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Experience working in remote or underserved areas is a plus.
• Passion for public health and community service.
