• Drive strategic transformation and business excellence initiatives to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Develop and implement business strategies that align with the company's vision and mission.
• Oversee key business processes, including finance, HR, and supply chain, to ensure they are optimized for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with senior management to identify and address business challenges and opportunities.
• Monitor and evaluate business performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to senior management.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving business excellence and strategic transformation.
• Strong understanding of business processes, including finance, HR, and supply chain.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Proficient in using business intelligence tools, such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
• Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards, particularly in the mining and resources sector.
