📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Forecast demand and adjust production plans accordingly.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock.
- Collaborate with the operations team to implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Provide regular reports to management on production performance.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing planning or a similar role.
- Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Familiarity with cable manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a bonus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
