📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the company's billing and invoicing systems, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Oversee the collection of payments, resolving any discrepancies or delays promptly.
• Collaborate with project managers and site engineers to ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Implement and maintain internal control procedures to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Train and mentor junior staff on billing and collection processes.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in billing and collection.
• Ensure all financial documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant with company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing and collection, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
