Incoming Quality Control Specialist - Manufacturing & Logistics

SIIX is seeking a skilled Incoming Quality Control Specialist to join our team in Badung, Bali. As an Incoming Quality Control Specialist, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the highest standards of quality for materials and processes from our suppliers. In this role, you will be responsible for inspecting incoming materials, conducting quality tests, and ensuring compliance with our stringent quality standards. You will work closely with suppliers, production teams, and other stakeholders to maintain a seamless flow of high-quality materials. This position is ideal for a candidate with a strong background in quality control and a passion for ensuring excellence in manufacturing and logistics.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Inspect incoming materials and products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Conduct quality tests and inspections using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other specialized equipment.
• Document and report inspection results, including any defects or non-conformities.
• Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with the production team to ensure that quality standards are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes.
• Ensure compliance with relevant quality control certifications and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and hygiene standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Incoming Quality Control, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry.
• Certification in ISO 9001, Lean Six Sigma, or a related quality control certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in using quality control software such as SAP, QAD, or similar systems.
• Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers, production teams, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
