📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products and services.,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy.,Write user manuals, API documentation, and other technical content.,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, correctness, and consistency.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Assist in the development of training materials and tutorials.,Provide support to customers and users through documentation and troubleshooting guides.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, Communication, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of software development processes and tools.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in technical writing tools such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
