Oversee and manage all graphic design projects from concept to completion,Lead a team of graphic designers and ensure they are aligned with the brand's visual identity,Create and maintain design standards and guidelines for the mall,Ensure all visual materials meet the high standards of our brand,Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in branding,Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies,Manage the design budget and ensure it is used effectively,Provide creative direction and support to the marketing team🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of success,Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign),Understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms,Experience in managing a team of designers🛠️ Keahlian
