📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food preparation, service, and inventory management.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Manage and train staff to maintain high levels of customer service and teamwork.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control costs to ensure profitability.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing a team and improving operational efficiency.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
