📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage preparation.,Ensure high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation.,Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with all health and safety regulations.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the required standards of service and food preparation.,Monitor and manage restaurant finances, including budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.,Implement and maintain effective marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations and food handling standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing restaurant operations and staff.,Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
