Hokian Eko Health Center is seeking a dedicated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. In this remote role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors, ensuring a warm and efficient reception experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting, registering, and directing guests, as well as managing appointments and maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional manner.,Register and direct guests to the appropriate departments or services.,Manage and schedule appointments, and provide information about clinic services.,Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages, and provide assistance to staff as needed.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area, including supplies and equipment.,Assist with patient check-in and check-out processes, and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues that may arise.,Stay up-to-date with clinic policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with all regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in a healthcare setting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using computer software and technology, including email, scheduling, and record-keeping tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with healthcare terminology and procedures is a plus.,Ability to work remotely and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
