🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and leading retail teams.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate team members.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to handle operational challenges effectively.
