📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
• Forecast demand and adjust production plans accordingly.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials.
• Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to optimize stock.
• Collaborate with the operations team to implement process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Provide regular reports to management on production performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in manufacturing planning or a similar role.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Familiarity with cable manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a bonus.
