Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Create and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms.

Monitor and analyze social media performance to measure the success of campaigns.

Engage with the audience by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.

Lead and mentor junior team members.

Report on social media performance to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in social media management.

Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
