📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to clients in various industries,Create and update training materials to ensure they are up-to-date and relevant,Assist in the evaluation and assessment of training effectiveness,Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients during and after training sessions,Collaborate with the training team to improve and innovate our training programs,Maintain accurate records of training sessions and client feedback,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of training strategies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, or a related field,Minimum of 1 year of experience in teaching or training,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with training and development methodologies,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite,Fluent in both English and Indonesian languages
