Jaya Dian Restaurant is looking for a talented and experienced Internal Auditor to join our team in Pematangsiantar. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes, as well as identifying areas for improvement. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and processes,Preparing and presenting audit reports to management,Identifying risks and opportunities for improvement in financial processes,Developing and implementing corrective actions to address identified issues,Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports,Providing guidance and support to other departments on financial matters,Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations,Proficiency in using accounting software and other relevant tools,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Familiarity with the hospitality or restaurant industry is a plus
