Duty Engineer - Hotel MEP Systems & Operations

As a Duty Engineer, you'll be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the hotel's MEP systems, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and fire safety systems. You'll work closely with the engineering team to ensure that all systems are functioning optimally and to respond to any issues that may arise. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the hotel's MEP systems, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the uninterrupted operation of all systems.
• Respond to and resolve any issues or emergencies related to MEP systems.
• Work closely with the engineering team to ensure the timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
• Document all maintenance activities and system performance in the hotel's management system.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures.
• Provide technical support to the hotel's operations team as needed.
• Participate in shift handover meetings to ensure smooth transitions between shifts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MEP systems maintenance and operations.
• Familiarity with hotel MEP systems and industry standards.
• Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
