📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and document current banking processes to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Develop and maintain business process models using tools like Visio and Bizagi.
• Monitor the implementation of new technologies and systems, ensuring they meet business objectives.
• Create and manage user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams.
• Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired processes.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders on the status of projects.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in core banking and business analysis.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services industry.
• Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
• Proficient in using business analysis tools like JIRA, Confluence, and SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
