📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports to senior management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing branch operations and teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent strategic and analytical skills.,Familiarity with local market conditions and trends in Mempawah, Kalimantan Barat.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
