📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the company,Oversee the production process and ensure that it is running efficiently,Coordinate with various departments to ensure that operations are running smoothly,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies,Manage and mentor a team of operations staff,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices,Excellent leadership and management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
