📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job postings and advertising campaigns to attract potential candidates.,Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to meet departmental needs.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.,Collaborating with the hiring manager to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Providing support to the recruitment team in organizing and executing recruitment events and job fairs.,Assisting in the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters and coordinating orientation activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers effectively.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).,Familiarity with local job markets and recruitment practices in Bali is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
