📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and conflicts, ensuring a positive work environment.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Certification in HR management or related field is a plus.
