📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Process and manage billing and invoicing for clients and customers.,Ensure accurate and timely payment collection and follow-up on overdue accounts.,Maintain and update billing records and databases.,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other accounting documents.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients and customers.,Monitor and analyze billing and payment trends to identify areas for improvement.,Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in billing processing or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software and financial systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
