Oversee the daily operations of the auto service center, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage a team of service technicians and support staff, providing guidance and training as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and safety standards.,Monitor and optimize inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and cost efficiency.,Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operations, including service records, inventory, and financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the automotive service industry.,Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance procedures.,Proven track record of managing teams and improving operational efficiency.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using office software and tools, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
