PT Cempaka Antar is looking for a Lead Security Guard to oversee and manage security operations at our facility in Singkawang, Kalimantan Barat. This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our premises and employees. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily security operations and personnel.,Conduct regular security patrols and inspections.,Investigate and report any security incidents or breaches.,Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures.,Coordinate with law enforcement and other security agencies as needed.,Train and mentor junior security personnel.,Maintain and update security records and reports.,Ensure the proper functioning of all security equipment and systems.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management.,Proven track record of successful security operations.,Knowledge of security laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.,First Aid certification is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Security Management or related field is preferred.,Valid security guard license and ID.
