📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and address any concerns or issues.,Oversee the company's benefits and compensation programs.,Coordinate with management to address any HR-related issues or concerns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a multinational or international company.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Experience with HR information systems and software is a plus.
