📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze cost data to identify areas of inefficiency and opportunities for cost savings.
• Develop and implement cost control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with budgetary targets.
• Prepare and present regular cost reports to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement cost-saving initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
• Utilize financial software and tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP for data analysis and reporting.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in cost control and financial management.
• Provide training and support to staff on cost control procedures and financial reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions and expenses.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and SAP.
• Knowledge of cost control principles and practices, including budgeting, variance analysis, and cost allocation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in Cost Control or Financial Analysis is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
